Cath and Ben Mullany dreamt of a married life caring for others in the local community
- Cath as a doctor and Ben as a physiotherapist. Cath and Ben’s dreams were cut short by their murder on the last day of their honeymoon in Antigua in 2008.
• The Mullany Fund was launched by the family and friends of Cath and Ben Mullany to support UK students wishing to study medicine or physiotherapy.
• The Mullany Fund is honoured to have the Duchess of York as patron. It is also endorsed by Sir Vivian Richards, Sports and Tourism Ambassador of Antigua and Barbuda.
• The Mullany Fund’s aim is to advance the education of students in UK medical schools and educational establishments teaching Medicine and Physiotherapy, therefore keeping the dreams and ambitions of Cath and Ben alive.
• The Sarah Ferguson Foundation helped start this charity with a very generous donation, as well as the Duchess of
York taking a very active part in the continuation of the charity
and helping them to continue raising money.
