The Sarah Ferguson Foundation was established in 2006.

The Sarah Ferguson Foundation’s goal is to put a spotlight on charities making a difference and aims to educate the global community regarding the needs of mothers and children everywhere.

Core Beliefs of the Charity

  • The welfare of every child is every adult’s responsibility
  • We can make a difference right now by bringing simple solutions to urgent problems
  • Charity begets caring and compassion
  • Helping children includes helping mothers
  • Charity is blind with respect to people’s differences and identities
  • Sarah Ferguson Foundation is principally interested in supporting education, empowerment, health and well-being, through programs that address the UN Millennium Development Goals for 2015.

The Foundation fully supports the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, and is committed to providing support in a manner that is sensitive to and in keeping with cultural differences and identities.
